Early Project Themes
The DPC has assisted local community organizations in the planning and mobilization of funds for enterprises, cultural, health, and youth development projects, such as: |

Enterprise and cultural projects in Kirklareli in cross-border cooperation with Bulgaria; |

Reproductive health projects for the Afyon Chamber of Medical Doctors, the Muþ Association of Physically Disabled and the provincial governorates in Afyon and Muþ; |
 |
Regional development projects: youth program in Southeastern Anatolia (GAP) and livelihood projects in the Samson, Kastamonu and Erzurum NUTS II Region | |

New Directions
DPC will henceforth focus on technical assistance projects on sustainable development themes, particularly those that converge with Turkey’s National Program for the Adoption of the Acquis (NPAA). This is a priority program that will prepare the country to assume the obligations of membership to the European Union. These key selected subjects are: |
